Dr. Punjani has practiced as an interventional cardiologist for many years. A passion for amputation prevention and improving patients’ quality of life brought her to a peripheral vascular fellowship, where she learns the skills to inspire hope in her patients.

Lucy credits her positive attitude to the people she works with. “Everyday, I work with the most experienced, skilled, and passionate group of doctors, mid-levels, techs, and support staff imaginable,” says Lucy.

Dr. Swain enjoys educating the community about peripheral arterial disease, amputation education, and limb salvage through the Save a Leg, Save a Life Foundation and volunteering with A Leg Up: The Jacksonville Amputation Support Group.  He has also done countless community service health education presentations for doctors, nurses, and members of the general population. These activities feed Dr. Swain’s mind and define who he is.

We are excited to showcase our new Palatka facility this Thursday at our Palatka Open House! When we first moved into the empty office, we saw the potential it had to become something great. We are proud that the office is now a fully-accredited facility, housing a freestanding outpatient catheterization laboratory and a team of board-certified physicians.
